iUpdateIt anyway? |

| iUpdateIt is a streamlined Content
Management System (CMS) that allows anyone to update a website. As a
website owner, you will benefit from using iUpdateIt because you can
easily make changes whenever you like without waiting for or paying
a web designer. As a website designer, you will see the benefit of
making regular income as the client updates their own site content
in a way that keeps the basic design safe.
iUpdateIt is a simple system that can
be quickly installed into a website - all it takes is a small
snippet of code. Users then log into their accounts and make changes
to their "box" or "page" without ever affecting the rest of the site.
Our editing tool is completely free form, so you can
rearrange your content whenever you want making your website very
interactive including textual changes with fonting, adding
images, uploading PDF files, and more. Anyone with basic computer skills can

There are two types of websites: |

| 1) Dynamic Websites
- These sites are built in a programming language or
full blown content management system, have
a database, and have all sorts of interactive elements
built into them. They are also extremely
expensive and technical to have created and maintained. |

|
| 2) Flat Websites
- The sheer majority of websites are simply flat pages
of information with a nice navigation so people can get
from one section to the next. They typically are
less expensive to have created, but have no
interactivity and require a web designer to make
changes. |

| Small Businesses:
Some clients using the iUpdateIt system run small
businesses that want to do all of their basic web
updates in-house. Our content management system is easy to install,
and once active can allow a staff member to do all of
the interactive updates on a site. This gives the
business the control to change things when they want
with their own staff. |

| Basic Users: The starting Account Level is for the basic user that has a
website, but realistically knows very little about how to
update it. By installing iUpdateIt, the difficulty
is taken out of the
design work and makes it so almost anyone can update their
information with ease. We've provided a basic tutorial
on how to
install the iUpdateIt code
and we also do currently offer
"FREE
INSTALLATION". Once
that's been completed, the general user can begin updating
their website as if they were using a word processor, and can

| Big Websites with
Ads: There are some clients that run large
websites which sell advertising. Typically, most
ads have to be designed and installed into a website. If an advertiser wishes to have their ad changed, then
the whole process has to be done again. By using
iUpdateIt, the website owner can install the ad space to
their specifications and allow their advertisers to
update the space themselves. This empowers their
advertisers to create and change their ads whenever they
wish. |
