I would like to thank all of the Board of Directors, department managers and staff members for a very successful 2009.</div>\\r\\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\\r\\n<div>For the 12th consecutive year, Wyndham Flagstaff Resort has been awarded the RCI Gold Crown Resort designation. As it has become more difficult to earn this award each year, I am very proud of my staff for working so hard throughout 2009 to reach this very important goal.</div>\\r\\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\\r\\n<div>Flagstaff is experiencing especially heavy snowfall this year. So far this year, we have already received 118 inches of snow. March is typically Flagstaff&#8217;s most snow-filled month, so I&#8217;m confident that this figure will increase significantly. I&#8217;m sure many of you heard about the January snow storm that delivered almost five feet of snow in just a few days to the Flagstaff area. It was the largest amount of snow Flagstaff has received in a storm in over 40 years. With I-17 and I-40 being closed at times during the storm, it was necessary to communicate to owners and guests arriving at the resort to make them aware of the travel closures. With the help of RCI and the Wyndham reservation center, we were able to contact the majority of our arrivals. Both exchange companies were very cooperative in allowing owners and guests to reschedule their vacations. We are very excited about the planned improvements to our resort website, which we expect to have completed by May 1, 2010. We are focusing our efforts on the owner section of the website.</div>\\r\\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\\r\\n<div>The owners section will include newsletters, interval calendars, timeshare industry information, association financial information, agenda and minutes from board meetings, change of address forms and much more. If you have any suggestions of items that you would like to see on the website, please let us know.</div>\\r\\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\\r\\n<div>We have several projects planned this year at the resort. Many have already been completed or are currently underway. Projects will include granite counter top installation, exterior painting, and replacement of carpet, furniture, and decks. We will also be increasing the size of our laundry facility as our occupancy continues to increase due to the Wyndham Point system and RCI Point program.</div>\\r\\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\\r\\n<div>I hope to see many of you at the annual meeting on May 1, 2010.
